T&Cs
Following your enquiry,
I will provide you with a written quote as well as full information and terms and conditions in the form of a Bridal Agreement. All prices are subject to change at any time and are only guaranteed once your written quote has been accepted and the date holding fee has been received.
Please note that all weekday wedding bookings require a minimum of 1 bride and 2 additional guests, while weekend wedding bookings require a minimum of 1 bride and 3 additional guests. Thank you for your understanding.
To secure all wedding bookings, a £100 date-holding fee payment is required within 7 days of accepting your price quote.
Please be aware that until your date holding fee is received, the selected date will be available for other brides to book.
The final payment must be made at least one week prior to your wedding.
Once the bridal agreement is signed and date holding fee is paid, the number of people in your bridal party will be final and cannot be reduced. It may be increased, but only with prior arrangement.
For bookings outside of Newquay, the travel fee will be calculated at £1 per mile.
There will be an additional charge for bookings on Sundays and bank holiday weekends. A fee will be charged if the set off time is before 6:30 a.m.
For all payments a QR code will be provided for secure online payment. Alternatively, I can accept payment via bacs:
All payments received will be confirmed and acknowledged with receipts.
Please keep in mind that any failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please keep in mind that if anyone in your bridal party has any contagious conditions, such as a virus or flu-like symptoms, or a scalp infection, I may refuse to style their hair and any payments made will be non-refundable.

Cancellations:
If the unfortunate happens and you need to cancel my services, please notify me as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that all payments are non-refundable unless a 6-month written notice is provided. If such a notice is given, half of the date holding fee will be refunded, and the other half will be used to pay for my administrative time. If the wedding hair trial took place prior to the cancellation notice, the trial appointment cost will be covered by your date holding fee.
If you need to reschedule your date because of:
- A pandemic or other major event when the government restricts mass gatherings such as weddings
- Your venue is unsafe or damaged or goes into the liquidation
I would gladly transfer your booking to a different date at no additional expense (subject to availability).
Any other date changes will be considered on an individual basis (subject to availability), please be aware that an additional 15% charge will apply.
If you cancel at the last minute with less than four weeks notice, you will be invoiced and charged the full amount unless I am able to fill this date.
If the wedding is unable to take place for any other reason after the full amount has been paid, no refund will be given (unless I will fill this date).
If I am unable to fulfil the booking due to illness, a personal emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will make every effort to find a highly recommended alternate hairstylist to whom I will brief and supply any products they may require for you. If I am unable to find a suitable replacement, I will issue a full refund, including a date holding fee.
